Option 1 only includes house frame (construction), architectural drawings and construction drawings Option 2 Includes summer insulation, facade panel, windows & doors, raw sheet pile hatch, baseboard, window panes, architectural drawings and construction drawings, the house is tight from the outside Option 3 Includes summer insulation, facade panel, windows & doors , raw cardboard hatch, baseboard, window panes, insulation in walls and ceilings, architectural drawings and construction drawings. The house is tight from the outside and inside it is completely clear for electricians and plumbers to carry out installations.
C24 is used for ceilings, walls and floors. Regarding the facade panel, we will prepare it and apply two coats before putting it on the wall. n this way, we work preventively and extend the life of the facade panel. Windows & doors are made of aluminum and do not need to be painted in the same way as wooden windows to extend their life.
The roof we build is made of structural timber C24 and fiberboard beams, both of which are certified timber.
The delivery time is usually 2 weeks if we have windows and doors for the model in stock. Otherwise you have to count on 4 weeks.
You need to make a construction application for the foundation. Otherwise when it comes to electricians, plumbers and everything else to complete the house is hired privately based on your own finances / your conditions.
You can choose between facade, windows and doors. When it comes to roofs, it is also possible, however, they extend working hours and affect the cost. Then new architectural drawings and building registration that you send to the municipality are required!
